Xheero has developed an innovative, ML-powered AML & compliance solution for financial institutions. With such institutions facing stricter compliance needs, rising AML professional costs, lack of talent, and demand for faster client and payment processing, Xheero offers an effective solution to these problems with their AI-powered software that is able to replicate the logic, workflow and activities of the Compliance personnel. The solution also includes automated transaction analysis, which predicts clients' characteristics, behavior and identifies risk profiles based on historical transactions.

Xheero is led by CEO Oskars Jepsis, who saw the need for such a solution through his own experience with compliance while working in financial institutions. He is joined by CTO Dmitrijs Buzdins, an experienced founder with almost 15 years of software development and fintech experience.
