The idea of CxWeb was born out of Jakob's, COO of the company, master's thesis where he determined the acute fragmentation of the construction industry and the need for a collaboration platform to streamline operations. The problem resonated with many potential clients, and thus CXweb was born - the software that allows multidisciplinary building management, building operations and commissioning.

Both CEO Nicki and COO Jakob are engineers by education and trade. Thus, the experience in the sector allowed them to gain first-hand knowledge and built an effective solution. Moreover, the technical co-founder Mathias has 10+ years of experience as a full-stack developer and has helped to create the functional platform we see today. The team of CxWeb are not only embracing the growth of project management software in construction, but are also looking ahead to handle the rise of “smart housing” and the increasing number of data used in construction.
